Welcome to the Acadiensis Blog. Acadiensis is one of Canada’s leading scholarly journals and an essential source for reading and research on the history of Atlantic Canada. This website has been created as a space where Atlantic Canadian historians can share our research and methods as they develop.  Each week, the Acadiensis editorial board posts a variety of features that cover the Atlantic region, from short essays featuring emerging research on our region to throwback pieces that highlight previously published work.  We welcome and encourage submissions to the blog.
